I’m not one for posting very many reviews, but in this case, Superior garages has done such an amazing job I felt I should share. Right from the start Dwayne and Lauren help guide us through making many decisions that we hadn’t even thought about. Everything from elevations to proper positioning was spot on and our project turned out magnificent We we couldn’t be more pleased with the end results which look fabulous and wouldn’t hesitates for a second to recommend them or use them again for any future projects.

Superior Garages far exceeded our expectations with our detached garage project. Dwayne and Lauren were exceptional to deal with. From start to finish no detail was left out. Dwayne went over multiple options and designs with precision and understanding of our needs and wants. No pressure or upselling in any way. He simply listened to us and designed what we wanted. It was a very nice experience. They provided multiple pre construction visits to finalize details including visits from Lauren for finishing and product choice. Every step was absolutely amazing. The on site crew was respectful of our property and extremely clean. To top it all off, they finished almost a month ahead of schedule. The workmanship from the site clearing, the engineered slab through to the garage construction was absolutely second to none. I cannot imagine anyone doing it any better.

I started by requesting an online quote, whent through the automated questionaire and promptly got an email back with a generic quote.
Couple more emails back and forth, and Dwane (owner) came to do the site visit and shortly after met with Lauren to complete the finishing details. They kept in contact every step too. You knew when the inspectors were coming, and every step in between. The communication to 'keep you in the loop' is great.

We also decided to change the siding of our home to match, extend the driveway and demolish the existing garage. They handled everything- building permits to hauling of materials and everything else in between. Completly turn key.

The entire crew was great. Good people to talk to, and all work areas were kept very clean. Iam beyond impressed by how professional, efficient and customer focused they were. I took a couple days off for the demo, ground work and house- and was asked several times if everything is good, or if I wanted any alterations. I was just standing back in awe watching them.

Six out of five stars. I would recommend them to anyone interested in building, and will definately be saving their contacts for any future projects we may need

They are a professional team that pays attention to detail and quality. When the team is on site they are respectful and courteous and it never felt like a construction site usually feels. They always cleaned up at the end of the day and made sure everything was in great shape.

I had some very specific and unique requests (red garage door, red man doors, siding that matches the existing house, flooring upstairs, etc.) and they managed to do it all perfectly.

They built exactly what I was looking for and even when we experienced a delay (caused by the city permit department, not Superior Garages fault at all), they started working asap once the permit issues were solved. And, when I needed help with making a decision on various aspects, Dwayne always provided options and explained the pros and cons of each to help me decide.

I travel a lot for work and even though I was coming and going, I felt safe leaving the work in their hands to complete it and they would reach out if a decision needed to be made.

They’ve done such a great job that I’m currently working with them to complete another smaller reno project on the house!

We recently had a detached garage built and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial quote through to the final walkthrough, the team was professional, responsive, and delivered exactly what they promised.

The quality of workmanship was excellent, and the project stayed on schedule except for a few weather-related delays that were completely outside anyone’s control. What really stood out was the communication throughout the build. We were kept informed every step of the way, always knew what was happening next, and any questions we had were answered promptly.

Lauren and Dwayne were both excellent to work with. They were organized, professional, responsive, and always on time. Their attention to detail and commitment to keeping the project moving smoothly made the entire process stress-free. The crews reflected that same level of professionalism—showing up when expected, working efficiently, and taking pride in their work.

The crew also kept the worksite clean and organized throughout the project, which we greatly appreciated. At the end of each day, the area was tidied up, and when the project was completed, the site was left in great condition.

The garage turned out exactly as we envisioned, and we’ve already received several compliments on it.

We would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends (and have already) and would gladly work with them again on future projects!

Superior Garage is an outstanding company. Dwayne and Lauren were very professional and easy to work with when asking for a quote and designing my garage. There were no surprises as far as money, the agreed upon quote. The garage was completed ahead of schedule. The workers were promote, courteous and answered any questions I had. After the building inspector completed his inspection, he told me I made made an excellent chose on picking Superior Garage because they to top notch work. I agree with the building inspector, I love my garage. I highly recommend Dwayne and his company Superior Garages.
